- Reviews daily receiving schedule.
- Responsible for completing the receiving process for raw material.
- Understands our inventory system how to place raw material into the proper warehouse location to facilitate FIFO.
- Records any damaged material that is received.
- Responsible for weighing all product after each operation and updating the label.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean, organized and free of debris.
- Performs daily safety checks of material handling equipment.
- Responsible for other activities as requested by the Supervision.
- Operates material handling equipment in a safe manner.
- Is trained with and becomes familiar with IS09001/IATF16949 procedures relative to material handling, including; SBP-03 Manufacturing Process
- Properly weighs and processes scrap daily.
- Operates lift truck and possesses a lift truck license.
- Loads trucks properly.
- Maintains used oil and used water totes in clean organized manner.
- Maintains fluid levels on parts washers.
